1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all use of the enbet platform, website, mobile interface, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by enbet ("we", "us", "our", "enbet"). The Platform provides online sports betting, casino gaming, and related entertainment services to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions.

enbet operates under international gaming licensing. Our services are provided for entertainment and recreational purposes. By creating an enbet account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement without reservation.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the enbet website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created on enbet.
• "Balance" refers to real-money funds held in a user's enbet wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures.
• "Wager" refers to any bet placed using real or bonus funds on the Platform.

1.2 Language

This Agreement is published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the enbet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online betting and gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by enbet or a partner organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an enbet employee.

By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. enbet reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the enbet Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. You must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), date of birth, valid email address, and active Pakistani mobile number.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) enbet account only. Identity is verified at the CNIC level. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including attempting to claim bonuses more than once, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. enbet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or social media. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials is your responsibility, unless you have notified enbet of a compromise as soon as you became aware of it.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

enbet is required to verify the identity of all users before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation must include a clear, legible copy of your government-issued CNIC (front and back) or passport. enbet may also request proof of address and/or proof of payment method at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending document submission.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request to close your enbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

enbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. Always verify current options in the Cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposits

• All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly; delays beyond 30 minutes should be reported to support.
• enbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds that you cannot afford to lose is strongly discouraged.

4.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used for deposits, where technically possible.
• enbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds and winnings accumulated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

4.4 Currency

The enbet Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for Pakistani users. All balances, wagers, winnings, and payouts are displayed in PKR. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of your payment provider, not enbet.

5 Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only valid when it has been accepted and confirmed by the enbet system, evidenced by a confirmation notification and a bet reference number visible in your betting history. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed, except where explicitly permitted by an "Edit Bet" feature on applicable markets.

5.2 Odds

Odds displayed on the Platform reflect current market conditions and may change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager. enbet reserves the right to correct obviously erroneous odds at any time and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.

5.3 Match Abandonment & Postponement

• If a match is abandoned before reaching a result, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless a result is declared under the relevant sport's governing body rules.
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, enbet may at its discretion settle bets on the rescheduled fixture. Matches rescheduled beyond 48 hours will typically have bets voided.
• Cricket matches (including PSL): specific cricket match rules, including Duckworth–Lewis method settlements and rain-affected match policies, are detailed in our Cricket Betting Rules, available on the Platform.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per bet, per day, and per event may apply and are displayed for applicable markets. enbet reserves the right to limit maximum stakes and winnings at its discretion for individual accounts or market types.

5.5 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Live odds reflect rapidly changing game states and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed during a suspension are void. enbet is not responsible for delays in live data that may result in bets being accepted at outdated odds.

6 Casino Game Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All RNG-based casino games on the enbet Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all slot titles. Live dealer games use physical randomness — real cards and real wheels — operated through partnerships with internationally certified studio providers.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a casino game round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned. enbet is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues on the player's side, including internet connectivity problems.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed at each individual table. Table-specific minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed before entry. enbet reserves the right to restrict access to specific live tables for accounts that exceed limit thresholds or exhibit patterns inconsistent with recreational play.

7 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

7.1 General Bonus Terms

enbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–25%).
• Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• enbet reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time with reasonable notice.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets using bonus funds (bonus hedging), systematic low-risk bonus exploitation, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play — is strictly prohibited. enbet reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds, void winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

7.4 Eligibility

Bonuses are only available to users who meet the promotion's stated eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, specific payment methods, account verification status, and residency requirements. enbet is not obligated to award a bonus retroactively.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the enbet Platform:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, falsifying KYC documents, or misrepresenting your eligibility.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across bookmakers to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Insider Information: Placing bets using material non-public information about sporting events.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after deposits have been used on the Platform.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the enbet Platform or its systems.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access the Platform while under the age of 21.

Violation of any prohibited conduct rule may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting of the matter to relevant authorities where legally required. enbet's determination of prohibited conduct is final, subject only to the disputes process outlined in Section 13.

9 Responsible Gaming

enbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and supporting players who may be at risk of developing harmful gambling habits. The following tools and policies apply to all accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Timers: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them when a specified duration of play has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and money wagered during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension of their account ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is closed, marketing communications are suspended, and the player cannot re-register.

enbet strictly enforces the minimum age of 21. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your account, contact support immediately so that the account can be secured and the matter investigated. enbet operates filtering software to assist parents in preventing underage access to gambling content.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the enbet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game software, graphics, text, and data — is the intellectual property of enbet or its licensed partners. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without the prior written consent of enbet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, modify, or create derivative works based on Platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, enbet's total liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

enbet shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of data or corruption of data arising from use of the Platform.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Events beyond enbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, and civil unrest.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits enbet's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by enbet's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

enbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the enbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 3.5.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which enbet holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to enbet's internal dispute resolution process.

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

• Submit your dispute in writing to the enbet support team, including your account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and all relevant evidence.
• enbet will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
• If you are not satisfied with enbet's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity under our licensing framework.

enbet's decisions on sports betting settlement are final and binding unless an obvious material error can be demonstrated. Casino game outcomes derived from certified RNG systems are final.
